What happens when you are defined as unstable?

The new law in Florida makes me out to be a risk. The law allows them to seize guns and ammo from people who are considered to be a threat. The first person who was victimized was an Army veteran. I went and read the law. I don't feel like I should have to turn in my guns but it's like the law was written to take my guns away specifically. Maybe I need to get rid of my guns? I hate the idea of yielding my control of my life and the guns make me feel like I have some control. I am a veteran. I am a combat veteran. Maybe I am unstable.

I guess it was ok to protect them, but not you.
How easy is it now to get someone's guns seized?

It has to be approved by a judge but it is basically a rubber stamp process. There isn't any evidence that any have been denied. They have 5 officers working just one county. Not stopping crime , they are working to take guns away from lawful owners. @Virgo79

@Genieinabottle it's just the begining, only going to escalate over time.
Someone doesn't like ya, your fucked!

@Virgo79 it's the new thing, instead of swatting someone you call them in and say they are threatening and the police raid the house and seize all their shit. It's not necessarily temporary either - you have to petition to get the stuff back and the onus is on you to prove you are no danger. You KNOW you cannotprove a negative so your basically fucked.
