I don't see anything wrong with it in general, but it gets worse though when greed takes over and it causes more problems than it solves. I hate when companies get rich at the expense of the employees that earn them that money in the first place.

@indyjoe when foreigners buy up buildings and raise the rents that doesn't seem right. There should be a tax on outsiders coming in.

@Tastyfrzz I agree. like I said when greed sets in...and it doesn't help when the government advocates it.
