If you are having to struggle to avoid communicating to someone, you are already attached to this person emotionally. The question is, what are you going to do about it? Sometimes the best thing to do is...nothing.

@greenmountaingal ah guess I didnt want to admit it to myself. I dont know :( could just let time go and wait till i lose the feelings. Its annoying because hes such a great friend and that means i got to stop talking to him or id keep hold of the feelings

@thatgirllllll If he is a great friend, why not communicate with him? Why avoid things continuing or intensifying?

@greenmountaingal becuase he isnt ready for a relationship with anyone anyway so it would be pointless telling him

@thatgirllllll Has he told you that he isn't "ready" for a relationship? Or are you assuming It? If he has actually told you, find something to distract yourself, and don't communicate with him. Distractions can include new hobby, self care such as meditation, getting your nails done, new hairdo, joining a group that does something interesting, reading books by a new and entertaining author.

@thatgirllllll You can't control feelings, but you can control your actions.
