How do I distract myself from messaging someone!

I'm trying not to pop up to someone who I use to talk to quite often, just distancing myself so I don't get attached to that person.

Not sure why you are afraid of just letting the friendship flow, sometimes we hold back under the assumption that the other person doesn't need us around. This is unfair on ourselves and the other person.

@WildHeart nono we are good friends, but i'm starting to have feelings for him which im trying not to have since I know he mentioned in general before that hes not ready for a relationship.

@thatgirllllll Ahh now I understand. Its painful to suppress ones feelings, but have you ever considered that maybe he might feel the same? Nothing is worth losing a good friend over in my opinion.

@WildHeart yeah its hard but iv been hurt before so im so scared to let these feelings grow. And we have kissed recently but i think he only sees me in a sexual way and as a really close friend because even if he did like me he said hes not ready for a gf when the topic did come up one day in general. I love talking to him so its hard...
