@LyricalOne I spare her "is this actually necessary? The last dentist who did this actually caused me stains. You do realise this hurts and I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to hurt. Can you just do it a little bit because I'm pretty sure you're weakening my teeth every time you do this. Ok that's enough now. Will you have to do this again in 6months because I don't like it?" Dentist "we'll see if you brush properly" I think "I'll leave it a year. F this"
