Which might cause you more of a stuggle....

Telling someone “I love you” is so easy for me because it’s true, I love the people in my life so I can say it without even thinking.

Sometimes rough winds take their toll on any relationship or friendship and after a time I have to let them know that I really don’t like you let alone love you but that has only ever happened with my sister because she needed to be told. After a decade of putting up with her jealousy, trouble making and lies I told her I didn’t want to see her again.... that was hard but life became better.... I could breathe easy again.

I took no pleasure in cutting out of my life, it hurt 😔 but I’m over it now because she is OK and as long as I know she is living her life and nothing serious has happened to her then I can carry on with my life easily too

I wanna say telling them you love. but the crap feeling of not loving back can be equally difficult! 😑

Telling them you don't love them is the worst. Total anguish especially if they love you deeply.. ..

The latter. Its one thing to choose to put yourself out there. Having another's feelings in your control is a bigger responsibility.

The first for me.....

The first is more risky. The second one is more awkward.
