I am hardly on here, but am I on here too much?

For the limited time I am on here, is it interfering with my program of goal attainment and building self-assurance?

If I felt the need to attain something as in the way you wish to attain, then I could hardly be here and feel good about it. As it happens, I have little I feel to achieve, but if a time comes when I have a new goal I am not here often. In short, if you feel you are here too much, then try not being here and at least see if you are more productive in your program of goal attainments? :)
