I am hardly on here, but am I on here too much?

For the limited time I am on here, is it interfering with my program of goal attainment and building self-assurance?

I've personally always had a problem with being inside of my own head too much.... it's kinda ruined my life..... I'm totally alone at work mostly and just have the dog at home generally..... talking to people here keeps me social and allows an escape
