If a person is lonely does that mean that they are kind not to hold on someone or might been cruel that no one wants to be with them?

It could mean either one...depends on the person and the circumstances. It could be too like it was for me. I have always tried to be kind and respectful, and treat people well and fairly, and that was especially true of someone I had an interest in. I don't have a mean bone in my body as they say. But it mostly only got me used and taken advantage of, and where females were concerned I was always told that I was "too nice" and they avoided me like the plague (yet I was the one they came to whenever they had problems with their dear bad boys often telling me they wish they could find a guy like me). Luckily I was eventually blessed with a woman who was actually looking for a nice guy like me (and not just saying it)...I've not been completely lonely ever since.
