Does anyone else have no passions in life?

Everyone around me is suggested I get a college no degree but I literally have no passion to get one. And I'd only be going because they suggested it not because I have a career in mind that I want to do. I'll be 22 soon and still feel like I'm stuck in ch 1 of adulthood. 😫

Get into college.. Study business and management.. Everything is a business and every business needs managing.. You can figure what you want to manage later.. Just about any industry will hire you because you can deal with accounting, I.T. logistics and personnel issues.

@whowasthatmaskedman I am a management student and employee too and I love it

Yep.. And just about any job gives you context for your studies and helps you make sense of the classroom learning.@Simplegirlstory

Yknow I felt like you at 20. So I buggered off to the states I worked in a few bars.. babysat and eventually got a job in a kindergarten. Then I went to Switzerland. And now I'm teaching in my homeland Ireland. Travelling clears the head and inspires you.

@Dusty101 I think living in another city would help me. I was thinking of staying with my boyfriend for a few months. He lives 2 hours away from me and I feel at home in his town more than I do mine.

You are just 21, I got my college degree in 27 so its never too late, take your time but get one for your future
What do you do now?
AJMClassof18 · 26-30, F
@Spoiledbrat Right now I'm making money online from home but it's not much sadly.

Just don’t do it

Check out trade schools instead? Or rather, what is it you want to do with life?
AJMClassof18 · 26-30, F
@ViciDraco I'm trying that route now but I seriously have no motivation to go to school at all. If a anything I want to leave the city I grew up because I hate it here.

@AJMClassof18 I can understand completely. Work for me is just what I do to be able to support the other things. Sometimes it's about finding what you can tolerate rather than be passionate about. Not all of us are wired to find passion in work.

@ViciDraco I agree I just want to work so I can support myself.
