This is a tricky one, are you saying not just the leader but also the minsters etc?
There have been some incredible female queens across the world, but in the 20th/21st centuries we have seen even female leaders surrounded with corruption.....but then is that because their support staff was all men?

@BabyLonia I don't know where I stand on it. I think the idea of EVERYTHING changing overnight is a fascinating one, because here we would see a male prime minister, with a majority female staff, and female newspaper editors deciding what to say about that, and female bank CEOs deciding how they want their businesses to be run, and female judges & 'Lords' passing new laws. How would they all support each other, or would it be a race to the top, trampling over each other along the way?

Didn't tony Blair come the closest to this 🙈
but then where would "mums" be and how will that affect how future generations think, because maybe they're not as nurtured, and maybe more spoiled and mollycoddled due to the guilt.
My friend tried to do a survey of how many mothers were on the main board in fate 100 companies, most would not give out the information
It is an interesting dynamic, I like this question.
