What were the cops who were at the school doing?

The news reports said there were 2 police cars at the school. What were the cops doing all the time that kid was shooting helpless people and why don't we hear about it on the news?

There another at sandy hook then she was at the so called bomb in Boston, it's all BS, amputees prenting to have had their legs blown off, they lost them in Iraq to a land mine ten years ago, pathetic.
