Where did the shooter get the AR-15 gun?

@SimplyTracie Good question.
GoodoldBob · 61-69, M
@SimplyTracie Anybody can buy one.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@GoodoldBob He bought it?
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@SimplyTracie He's 19. Quite able to buy his own firearms. Though he'd been repeatedly reported as a danger to his peers, so honestly should've been disallowed at that point. But we all know how attempts at that kind of regulation has gone.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@UndeadPrivateer Yes but that doesn’t answer my question. This is important to know. Sometimes it’s not just the shooter that should be burned at the stakes.

@UndeadPrivateer Should have been disallowed at that point, meaning because his peers claimed he was a danger? Let's use our brains and try to come up with workable solutions that will actually prevent this from happening instead of spewing the first idiotic thing that comes to mind.
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@SimplyTracie You mean the specific gun dealer? I doubt the dealer knew anything more than that the guy had walked into his store, though perhaps that's just me giving the benefit of the doubt. 🤷
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@katielass Have you read into the guy's history? It was a lot more than that.
katielass · F
@UndeadPrivateer I know only what I've heard about his history on the news and frankly they can't seem to get straight how many armed police were there so I don't have much confidence in their reporting. We also had a few who reported he was involved with a white supremacy group because that's what they wanted to be true. they try to get that in every tie there is a shooting. It isn't. But I can assure you the FBI is not going to arrest someone on the word of a bunch of teens nor should they. They need evidence, look it up. We have a constitution, and we don't want the FBI or any other police force violating anyone's rights. Didn't we have people rioting over that, supposedly? And here you are suggesting it would have been ok in this case. How do you people decide when it's ok to violate people's rights and when it isn't ? Do you go by the colour of their skin? Their accent? Whether they wear something on their head? Do tell us, when is it ok to violate a person's constitutional rights?
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@katielass 🤦 I'm not going to bother explaining things to you that you have no desire to understand. You have fun over in far-right-land.
katielass · F
@UndeadPrivateer You're not the first and won't be the last to chicken out because you realize you're in way over your head. I'm fine with that.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@UndeadPrivateer For now I just wanna know where he got the gun.
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@SimplyTracie That's why I asked if you meant the gun dealer. It was bought at Sunrise Tactical Supply in Coral Springs, roughly a year ago.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@katielass If you want to talk about wanting to violate a person’s constitutional rights, you don’t have to look too far. Did you watch and listen to our President doing his best to shut down the NFL players rights? Agree or disagree, those players had a right to their freedom of expression.

@SimplyTracie I think the people are wise to keep their guns cos I wouldn't trust the Pentagon.
But isn't an AR-15 isn't that the weapon US army is standard issue to all. Built solely to kill human in reasonable close distance combat.

HTF does the government allow this as it's specific job is to waste humans and not much good at anything else? Crazy country.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Graciebaby I don’t know.
