What do you do when you have a best friend and a boyfriend who both want to spend every second of the day with you?

My best friend is in my halls at uni and my boyfriend lives in a flat 10 mins away (also goes to my uni). They both want to spend every second with me and I'm feeling so stressed, my best friend is acting moody with me because I went to London with my bf on Saturday and only just came back today. (But he was ill so he had to be near his family and I didn't wanna leave him!).

When I got back to uni today my boyfriend also went back to his flat but literally 2 hours later came back to mine (he insisted). My bestfriend blocked me on snap maps I'm pretty sure. We're still meeting tomorrow but she got pissy when I met up with my boyfriend again tonight.

I'm really extremely close with them both.
