Can anyone make me believe in love again ?

@DancingStarGoddess it's weird. I am open but I'm not meeting anyone real. It would have to develop slowly. I just realized I may have "relationship PTSD".

@ElPhonse not even that it's necessarily relationship PTSD, it could be PTSD itself if the person had you feeling some type of way for some time. and it sounds like what you're experiencing is also deep grief. a genuinely broken heart. and that makes sense. it's a very human thing. and perhaps the reason you're having trouble is because while your head is saying" ok, let's dothis, your heart is entirely running this rodeo, and it's not ready to let you get that comfy with someone yet. it makes sense to go slow. do it in your time. being lonely makes much sense. but i'd say stop beating yourself up. and possibly, forgive yourself as well. for whatever you have yet to do so about. i hope this helps in some way. @DancingStarGoddess thanks dancing star. I made decision in the last few hours of 2017 that if I couldn't CHANGE my situation (missing my wife and my former life), I'd have to change the way I SEE my situation.

I just might be too open. Im just hoping to be able to meet someone who i can talk with. Someone to have fun with. I'm not looking for love right now, just "like" and trust . I hope whoever she is will be here soon,.... Yes, i just might be too open. 😯

@ElPhonse well, i'd say it's realistic, nothign wrong with going out and having fun and finding things you have in common with a companion, just make sure you keep a little but of that armor over your heart, just in case. this world is quite the fickle one these days.
