I grew up on a farm where we didn't have machinery to do much of the work. After a 10 hour day of pitching 80 lbs hay bales my arms were so tired I couldn't lift them.

I worked in a sawmill during summers as a teenager, starting at age 13. I was dead tired and sore after a day in the sun, but at least I was in shape when football started in August.

That's what I do. Honestly, I complain about it sure and hate it in certain moments. In the big picture though I really do love it.
