There is a difference between subjective truth and objective truth.

"Your own truth" is subjective. "Truth" is objective.

You can "believe" the earth is flat, but that doesn't actually make it flat for everyone else.

When I type down here "my own truth", I'm only talking about being honest. I know we have to choose our words carefully. They can be so powerful, and so easy being misunderstood... I like your post there.
