Relationships

Well, this sucks, and is hard on me.

I take relationships very seriously. My ex and I have tried continuing being friends since we separated. That has ended up in constant hurting each other, and I know why, we haven't reconciled in ourselves our hurts from our relationship. We've been in argument for the last couple months, with little communication, but very easily any message between either of us becomes a heated emotional affair. I take things personal way too often, I know - but a hurtful word from her melts mountains for me, and my self-esteem. And I'm quite willing to take a hard time in life and try to find meaning and something to learn from.

Yet, it's the first time in my life where I've ever needed to express we must let this become 'water under the bridge'. For me is a silent letting go.

Sorry to hear that. But I think you should give it a time to yourself and to her to think about the mistakes or what you did wrong maybe? And when you can learn from it, just embrace the New Changes and accept it. Good luck.
@SW-User True that. Well I don't know there's just something about him that keep making me go back to him, can't put a finger on it.

@ShadowMystic7 Been there, and as long as you have that feeling continue on with the relationship only maybe try opening a communique with him about your feelings? I likely should have opened up earlier than I did.
@SW-User I did talk to him about it now, and he said "I didn't drove you into the weird cycle pattern, you did it on your own." what a hypocrite he is. He know is him too and he blame it on me smh. But i was like whatever, I just told you were friends now that's all. And he said Okay lol.

Yes learn and let go maybe

Why keep in contact? Sounds like its just too volatile.
SW-User
@AnthonyBell It's not volatile, it's more a matter of irreconcilable hurts which is a very different matter.

@SW-User boohoo
SW-User
