What is your accent like? Upload an audio?

I am from Brooklyn originally, but spent the last 3 of 4 decades in the south. I have this weird muddled accent now. Kind of nebulous, with a lil southern twang and a few New York rough edges.

Anyways, this is what I sound like.

@SW-User Kurt Vonnegut was a proud middle westerner. I read several of his books a few years ago.

@SW-User That's true. Deadeye Dick comes to mind. I just finished reading quite an abstract book the other night. Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami. His prose is soulful.

@DanielChristensen I think 'player piano' is his. and slaughterhouse 5.

I haven't read the former, but I have the latter. It's a powerful book.

@DanielChristensen piano is more about the meaning of your work, I'd say.

@SW-User I will check it out. Probably going to read The Prophet by Khalil Gibran next. People have been recommending it to me for years.
