Freedom of speech and expression. The only thing I see wrong in that picture is Donald Trump being the present. It is their right to fly whatever flag they want to as well it's their right not to stand for the national anthem. In my opinion you should not be able to fly the Confederate flag on State owned property or have Confederate monuments erected on State owned property.

@SW-User Yeah, it's better to keep it on private property. At least then there's no controversy over taxpayer money.
