What should I do if my mom doesn't trust the guy I like?

She doesn't trust him nor I don't think she will trust him. He wants to win her trust and her acceptance. I just sometimes think I should forget about him and move on if my mom won't trust him.

Don't let he control your relationships, even if she gives you wise advice. She is of a different generation than you are. If it is your heart that finds love with him, your mom can't change how that feels
