What should I do if my mom doesn't trust the guy I like?

She doesn't trust him nor I don't think she will trust him. He wants to win her trust and her acceptance. I just sometimes think I should forget about him and move on if my mom won't trust him.

If you think your mom has some good insight you should listen to her and decide for yourself. If you think she is prejudiced in some way you should not.

@Elegy She's not telling me to back away, she tells me what she thinks. She thinks he is a womanizer and will play with me. But, I honestly do not believe that. From all the past experiences, he is the first I don't have that kind of insecurity with.
