What is something you noticed today?

I noticed scooping mayonnaise from the jar makes a sound like I imagine arteries clogging would sound like.

Nice way to think about it, if I could pasteurize eggs I'd make my own mayo and use avocado oil in it. I don't have a problem with the eggs in it, they have lecithin which emulsifies the cholesterol and keeps it from sticking.
