Anyone else hate making eye contact?

Well not hate in my case it always just feels weird when I try looking someone in the eye so I try focusing on the space around them

It used to feel odd to me too. I'd glance for maybe half a second just to show interest but then look away again. It gets easier with time and as you gain confidence. Now I probably make too much eye contact and make others look away.
