Pro choice. Individual freedom. Affordability of parenting.

In the end whether or not abortion is legal its a choice except for in medical necessity. Should be up to the individual not the government.
If we really wanted to reduce the occurence of abortion we'd have rebate for child birth no bill to the parents for birthing services. Free child meals/nutrition. Rebates for childcare. Dont legislate 'morality' legslate affordable childcare/nutrition, daycare and housing.

Or just look at countries with good, early sex education, access to contraception, etc. Much less abortions, girls waiting to have children. Why is it those who oppose abortion also oppose sex education?

I agree that pro life needs to do more. Like protection in the work place., help with child care, but he’s going to pay for all this? The taxpayers..

If we leave abortion For medical necessity up to the individual, they will choose abortion every time, and call it a necessity. This is the problem with the wording in the laws. Doctors have used the woman’s life in danger excuse to justify abortions, and now they’re being monitored.. doctors who you’ve never routinely performed abortions have no question in their mind what constitutes a mother’s life. There is no medical necessity for an abortion only a mothers life, which is so rare today that it is almost never.

@missyann ppl want to have kids but life is expensive and often unmanageable. Abortion is sometimes necessary and should be avoided and yes the mothers life is a necessary. Socioeconomic factors? No but. . . Childcare credits is a good idea. Tax breaks already sort of exist. Its a complicated topic
The world is overpopulated already so. . . Idk.

You have a lot of good sense in your comments. Before 1950 taxes were low enough that it took only one income for a family to live on. Now, that is not so and of course no democrat would mention the tax rate. Until and unless both mother and child are held to equality under the law there will little progress.
