In the UK they print the calories of a meal on the menus and it basically serves the same purpose.
If I've come out to a restaurant it's a treat and I don't want to be adding up the calories, I don't know what the aim of it is. I'm going to still order what I want, but 'oh good, now I know I'm having double my recommended calories for the day' 🙄
