It was interesting to see that when Doge implemented a “You can still acquire funding, but now must show the government all receipts of your spending…” suddenly they’re scared to ask for funding on a lot of things…
Putting in smart accountability mechanics behind it is helping tremendously to stop the corruption.
Because they know they haven’t been using the money what it’s meant to be used for, or what they’ve claimed that it’s been used for.
The primary example is that a majority of USAID funding, primarily over 90% of it went to democrat, and liberal biased news propaganda. That in no way offers proper contexts to conservative values. Which is actually not only biased, but illegal. As many of these public broadcasting are meant to be impartial and balanced with how they deliver points of view to the public. It’s a literal requirement by law.
Everything has been so unfair that it’s shocking these things have only just now seen their day of reckoning.

Many government grants are pure give-aways, With absolutely no accountability for what and how the money was used. The government check goes out to the grantee who cashes the check, no further contact follows until the next fiscal year when the grantee applies for another grant.
