@cherokeepatti I think not. Lots of people were injured, and some were shot. The perp was a 5'5" black guy wearing an orange subway construction vest. ALL the cameras within a 4 mile radius of the event will be inspected for someone matching that description. Gas masks and smoke bomb parts can be traced. They will get him.
