Isn't it a waste to duplicate what RT is already broadcasting, without the uncomfortable anti-Nazi history?

@CorvusBlackthorne Beyond just the Ani-Nazi thing, I was also pointing out that Russia is pretty much putting out the same bs that Trump would, if he were to take over VOA instead of just canning it.
It seems like a waste of American tax dollars to spew the same lies and propaganda that Russia and others are already spouting.
Or forget Russia, and look at China. Given that our current foreign policy is America First, America Alone, do we really need to spend taxpayer money to Trumpet to the world that we're not to be trusted?

@James25 I'm definitely not a Trump Supporter, although occasionally I find myself agreeing with a few random words that come out of his mouth.
I registered Democrat at 18 to vote in the only primaries that mattered, and I guess, for lack of a better term, you could call me a Clinton or maybe a Blue Dog Democrat.
Having said that, I pretty much started really becoming politically aware when David Duke ran for Governor in Louisiana, campaigning very much like Trump does and appealing to the same resentments, anger and hatred that Trump does.
I'd like to see a more efficient government that moves slowly and through consensus and compromise for the common good, as opposed to any sort of violent and chaotic revolution that disserves the public as a whole.
As much as I might like to get rid of Trump and his sociopathic ilk for good on a gut level, I don't want to see a French Revolution style mob vengeance any more than I want to see mobs of Angry Trumpists with Tiki Torches.
