It doesn't matter if he was smart enough to "misuse" them or not. He's accused of unlawfully taking them, refusing to return them, and hiding them when he knew he had no authority to keep them. But if you think you know what he could and couldn't do, you should volunteer for his legal team.

Weird how Jack Smith is ignorant of the ABA definition. Maybe one of those other lawyers will correct him before he gets too far into this.

Leo, and other constitutional attorneys say that the action of taking the documents made them declassified according to the constitution. You can make fun of this if you will, but since you have only one point of view, I would be careful what I say. The documents belong to Trump.
