And Biden, who had no right as a Vice President, was even able to keep his in a unsecure garage and his classic Corvette. They are just willing to bend the law in any shape or form to keep Trump out of the White House. They definitely don't want tit for tat if he gets in.
@Musicman I’m surprised his aspiring presidential theme song isn’t “ Little red corvette” or Elton John’s Madman across the water”
truly a mad man!

@Musicman Trump has been accused of mishandling sensitive classified documents. He will have counsel for his defense and a fair trial. It makes me very happy we have a Constitution that is law of the land, and which thwarts would-be dictators.

@badminton
So if the documents are in bidumbs open garage, all is well? Bad, you are in for a rude awakening.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@badminton So when will Biden be charged?
MarthannBann888 · 70-79, F
@Musicman
Not anytime soon.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@MarthannBann888 And there lays the problem. We live in a two tier society.
@Musicman If they also indict Biden, will that work? Or Traitor Tot gets a free pass because you think he’s God?
Musicman · 61-69, M
@LeopoldBloom We indict everyone or no one. We have equal justice for all or we live in a two tier society. Why indict one and pat the other in the back?
Baremine · 70-79, C
@badminton glad you agree that Biden needs to be indicted.
@Musicman Trump needs to counter sue on the 14th Amendment, equal justice under the law.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@NativePortlander1970 I like that! 🙂🙂🙂
@Musicman If Biden broke the law, I think he should be indicted.

The police don't catch every murderer, so should everyone they did catch who is accused of murder be set free? You just said "we indict everyone or no one."
@NativePortlander1970 You should volunteer for his legal team. I'm sure his lawyers never thought of that one.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@LeopoldBloom Good argument! So since the media has broke the story do we hold Joe and Hunter accountable or give them a pass?
@Musicman Yes, let's hold them accountable.

Except Trump wasn't indicted for taking top secret documents; he was indicted for lying about having them and refusing to return them. Did Biden do that? And when did Hunter have top secret documents? I must have missed that story.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@LeopoldBloom Oh, okay. I see. Thank you very much.
MarthannBann888 · 70-79, F
@Musicman
Totally two tiered, Music! And the other side, theyare clueless. They think they know it all and they know not even half.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@MarthannBann888 I agree with you. ☹️
@MarthannBann888 @Musicman Have either of you read the indictment? I just posted a link to it.

It's fascinating how no Trump supporters are addressing the indictment itself. It's all "witch hunt," "whatabout Hillary," and other misdirection.

No Leo!!! Clueless! If there is "PROBABLE CAUSE" the police investigate. If there is found to be, or the grand jury says, there is an indictment. The person is then arrested, charged, and set free or not on bail to await trial.

In the case of HRC her top secret papers were on her computers at her home while she was secretary of state. These were seen on her computers by staff and by investigators. First, it was against the law for the secretary of state to take secret records home at any time because only the president has that authority. HRC then obstructed
justice by bleach bitting the computer. Since she was never president, she was never allowed to take home top secret information at any time.
Joe Biden WAS NOT PRESIDENT when took top secret documents home. The FBI has the documents.

There was probable cause for the search in each case evidence was found sufficient for indictment. But, no action was taken in either case.

And that is just the records issue.
@MarthannBann888 You need to read the indictment. Trump didn't just take papers he wasn't entitled to. He lied about having them and concealed them from his own attorney. If he'd returned them when he was first asked, or on his own when he realized he had them (the way Biden and Pence did), he wouldn't be in trouble now.

Regarding Hillary's emails, there were three secret ones, and there's no evidence that they were shown to any unauthorized persons or compromised in any way. Her server was just as secure as a government one. Trump on the other hand showed his documents to people who weren't supposed to see them, and had them stored in unsecure locations like a ballroom or bathroom where anyone could have seen them.

If what Hillary did was so terrible, why didn't Trump's DA indict her? Trump had four years to "lock her up." If he's that incompetent, why do you want him to be president again?
@LeopoldBloom The indictment is nothing but eastablishment lies, just like the Steele dossier. cc: @MarthannBann888

Leo, you really need to use research aids from a conservative source. What you say is so distorted that you don't have enough info to talk to you.
MarthannBann888 · 70-79, F
@LeopoldBloom
And why haven't they been charged? Can you spell corruption?
Baremine · 70-79, C
@MarthannBann888 democrats =corruption.
