It should be legal to sell your own organs.

I have two kidneys and I only need one. Someone out there is about to have no kidneys and they only need one. But I probably won't give them mine because there's nothing in it for me. What's the good in that?

I agree. There should be a financial compensation system in place. So many people would sell a kidney, or a piece of their liver.
