I Am In Support of Transgender and Genderqueer People

I believe having that little sense of humour shuts people up..the only response they want from you..is a sign of anger or irritation..today i was walking by construction sight workers, who "jokingly" to show off..whistled and called me "babe"...my response was.."this isnt the way you'd treat others when you're standing solo..Your basically trying to blend with your work mates...so whilst i progress to the stage of removing my pair...WHY DONT YOU GO AND GROW A PAIR!!!.

Congrats, and well done! I bet some of them didn't care about being chastised. But I'm quite sure at least some of them felt ashamed afterward. Hopefully, it'll be the last time they do it. And maybe they'll even speak up themselves next time their friends act like neanderthals.

Well the time before that with a different group of workers ..i replied "im single if you want me??"...cause i knew theyd hesitate and zip it

It's fantastic you have the ability to speak up, as so many women don't have that power. All it takes is for you to thoroughly shame one of them into rethinking things, and it can really take off from there.

Often humor is the only answer.
