Why is so much confusion about transgender men and women?

Homosexual transsexuals are the ones that need help. It’s caused by sexual inversion and a nuerological anomaly of brain intersex. It’s caused by hormones in utero. Too much testosterone you have masculinized female. Too little you have a feminized male. These are the transsexuals who need medical transition. Look up rod Fleming YouTube. It’s been very enlightening. Not the trend of being trans and then you have all these detransitionerd who regret cosmetically altering themselves. I know you can’t change your biological sex but you can cosmetically alter your appearance with pills, surgery, and of course change your legal name I have no issues with transsexuals at all I have an issue with trans being trendy and a social contagion.

In the case of my trans friend it became apparent to their parent when they were quite young that he was (In his mother's words), "special" . The physiology and interests were very feminine even though the reproductive organs were masculine. The parents allowed hormone treatments to enable Jeff to become Jophay and later on as Jasmine. The gender dysphoria caused Jophay to try numerous dangerous surgeries and injections. By age 30 surgery was required to remove large amounts of silicone oil and implants. Bottom surgery has resulted in a total loss of testosterone which in turn causes painful varicose veins and other issues. Finding work has been challenging and jobs with lots of standing are intolerable. I'm not sure that by simply getting more testosterone as a child would have been the answer. Gender dysphoria seems to be very real. They do not accept their gender. I accept the fact that I am balding and usually think nothing of it except to be thankful for the money I'm saving on haircuts. That's not the case for those who feel totally out of place in their bodies.
