Trans people are here to stay like we always have.

As society progresses, we are finally starting to recognize and accept the diversity of gender identity and expression that has always existed. Transgender individuals have always been a part of human history, and it's time for everyone to acknowledge and accept this fact.

For too long, transgender people have been marginalized and discriminated against, simply because they don't fit into the traditional binary categories of male or female. But the truth is that gender is a complex and multifaceted concept, and it's not always as simple as assigning someone a label based on their physical anatomy.

Transgender people deserve the same respect, dignity, and rights as everyone else. They are not "freaks" or "abnormal" – they are simply individuals who are brave enough to be true to themselves and live their lives authentically.

It's important for all of us to educate ourselves about transgender issues and to become allies to the transgender community. This means listening to trans people, learning about their experiences and challenges, and supporting their right to be treated with equality and respect.

So to those who say "trans people have always been here and you should just get used to it," I couldn't agree more. Let's embrace the diversity of gender identity and expression and work towards creating a more inclusive and accepting society for all.

Most trans are accepted. Typically the ones who are just trying to live a normal life and contribute to society like everyone else. Even if a trans person does not "pass" but looks respectable and normal'ish, he or she will be treated like anyone else.

The ones who get a hard time are typically the loud and proud ones who wear a million flags or the ones trying to invent their own pronouns or whatever jackassery they are on.

Just like any walk of life - people who do their best to blend in have a normal time, the "loud and proud" catch hell.

AND, stunts like drag queens wanting to perform shows in elementary schools does NOT help our cause.
