the strongest varieties are "robusta"
the better flavors come from the variety "arabica"
caffeine content varies wildly, and is dependent on the roast

@exita Well you’re in luck, because Turkey is where lots of really great coffee is made and served. Turkish style is a wonderful way to prepare it. Otherwise if you go to Coffee merchant there will be many varieties, most of them will be arabica, because they are the most sought after. In the US, they also sell a lot of Robusta
The more common kinds of coffee that you might get in a restaurant with many houses. If you tell me what part of Turkey you are in, I might be able to send you to a coffee vendor to satisfy your interests

@BlueGreenGrey i’m a big fan of their coffee, and I’m fairly well-versed in the history. It is important to note that the history of that place we call Turkey, has been the history of much of mankind. Hittites, Trojans So much of human history has been had there and Anatolia

@Amylynne the best pain killing comes from Arabica, the most jitters come from robusta and I'd say that the flavors varry by individual blend.
