I Am A Lgbt Pagan

I follow a Druidic path, and have always felt warmly welcomed by other Druids, I fact it was at a Druid gathering I met my partner. I was deep in the closet then, but meeting people I could talk to without fear of judgement or reprisal was a truly transformative moment for me.
My sexuality is mearly facet of who I am, no more no less, and my Druid practice honours that aspect as a part of myself, I am nether lessened or defined by it, as I belive it should be.
I have been working on and off with an ancient Celtic Deity called Ferdiad, his story have many references to homosexuality, something the Celts where surprisingly accepting of for their time. It's comforting to something condemned by so many as a facet of a Deity, he will always be an important part of my journey.

How's a LGBT pagan different from just a pagan?🤔

Good point, I guess we all carry baggage with us that change what we look for in a spirituality, like our backgrounds previous faith life expirience etc, as for myself I guess I looked for a kind of self acceptance. I guess you could say my path has moved from "unhappy to be LGBT pagan" to "pagan who just happens to be LGBT".
