@tizzius: look, i'm not a hermaphrodite so i'm not gonna get out of my lane and speak for all of them, but if i were one and made a post about it, i would be kind of displeased/grossed out if someone made a comment like "i wish i could please your penis for hours :D". like, seriously? and then you come in my inbox and tell me "it isn't a sickness"--i know it isn't a sickness, having two sets of genitals isn't debilitating or a disease. but it's typically a foreign idea to a lot of people and a lot of people are (without reason) intolerant of it or find it funny. that's what i mean. so to me, it looks like you're making a fetish out of them, which can indeed be disrespectful or offensive.
