@Emosaur I know that..........which is why I made the comment I did. Gender is...do you have a dick or not? "Sex" is using your genitalia to perform a sex act.

No, gender is masculine or feminine; sex is male or female.

@Sharon Guess what? Masculine and feminine relates directly to male and female. Your argument is difference with no distinction.

@anythingoes477 Gender refers to the qualities that a given society, at a given time, associates with a sex. However, a man is not necessarily masculine nor a woman necessarily feminine, thus proving there is no direct relationship between sex and gender.

@Sharon Not all people are born with legs either.......................but GENERALLY...........what I said is true. Disclaimer.........this is 2023 and most guys now have zero idea what their balls are for, so..............................

@anythingoes477 What has that to do with the difference beteewn sex and gender? Perhaps this explanation, from Monash University, of the various terms will help - https://www.monash.edu/students/support/lgbtiqa/learning-about/understanding-gender

@Sharon Disappointing as it may be to you..........I can't imagine how I could care any less what sex you think you are or who or what you think you should have sex with......or not. Being stuck to that kind of minutia in your mind applies only to the confused who thinks made up "titles" to describe their particular kind of confusion is cool. Everyone else knows what they have between their legs and who they want to use it with......period.

But that has nothing to do with gender. I've given you a link to a University site where the difference between sex and gender is explained in very simple terms. I'm surprised you can't understand that.
