Somebody I sent a message to wrote this:

"To be honest, I enjoy talking about American politics, but could you tell me what you're looking for here? And if I may ask, are you gay?"

And, what difference does THAT make?

I get ya! I come here just for general chat or to (hopefully!) post something interesting that has happened in my life/with my family/with friends....

...and they see that a, I'm a prostitute and b, that I have a wife (lesbian relationship) and they just say odd things, off topic, just about my lifestyle and career.

Or the classic - "Wait...you have a wife?!? Are you really a woman?"

Used to annoy me more than it does these days...

People, eh? 🤷
