Throw up a flag?

So there is not something I can wear or say to a man when I am around town to signal that I want to be naughty with him?

Why would you concentrate on getting naughty with a strange man in a town? The only thing I’m thinking about in a town is how to get from one place to the other while trying not to get hit by a vehicle.
