Oh well, things took a depressing turn. A Hedgehog that had been visiting us for about 3 months has disappeared. We had been leaving out food which it came around from, and now it's no more. It's sad as Hedgehogs are becoming much rarer, and we need them in our gardens to keep pests under control.
That apart our Groundhog type life continues. My wife's brain / memory issues continue to cause her problems, though at other times she can appear to be untroubled by such problems.
Today I had a pleasant surprise. I'd been ordering some tops for my wife as she was running short. Anyway a delivery arrived today, addressed to me and it stated it was a pair of ladies briefs, some kind of free gift, and they were my size. A bonus was they were also part of a 2 for 1 offer, and somehow I had received 3 pairs. It's not my usual choice, but they're my size, they fit, and feel comfortable, so definitely a plus for today.
