If she is a Physical Therapist, that means she has a PHD in the subject. She is a medical professional who has spent many years in school and many years as a PT Assistant while having a Masters. I think you should treat her with respect just like any other professional in any field. I had my hip replaced earlier this year and spent considerable time with several PTs. I have a whole bunch of fetishes and kinks, none of which any of them were exposed to.

She might, but I seriously doubt it. What she might do is an abrupt 180 and walk out, then report to her company why she didn't stay and do her job. The reason would be that she was uncomfortable sexually, and where that goes, is anyone's guess. But the end result might just be unpleasant publicity and notoriety for you. And you would pay for her visit even though she provided no services for you. And you might also find that you have been blacklisted from further medical care.

I really have zero problem with you cross dressing, not even in public, but please don't spring it on a woman who has come alone to your house for a legitimate purpose.

If I was female and wore a dress for a PT appointment it would not be a problem. Why would it be a problem just because I am a male? I sure don't see how that could make her loose her job.
