My ex girlfriend is begging me to get back with her but, she still wants to be friends with the girl she left me for. She told me she stopped talking to her, but I caught her on a number of occasions still talking to her. Am I wrong for not wanting her to talking to her? Its making me crazy.

I am sorry but it won't be the same again. Even before you get together you have (understandable) worries about trusting her - these will just fester and destroy things. I would move on.
