That's actually a very interesting question, it would depend for what reason. The word transgender is to loosely used these days. If it was for sexually reasons & it was a guy dressed as a woman calling himself a trans, then absolutely not. I happen to have a "transexual" friend & she's absolutely beautiful & very feminine as well, for her I put my sexuality aside.
