I need help deciding if I'm really trans?

At day care I would play with the Barbies and bratz dolls and when I would play in the house area I would put on dresses and heels and put on clip on earrings
Later then I would try my mom's bras and panties on then I would play with her makeup

Wearing clothing doesn't make you trans. It doesn't make you anything. It is clothing. A piece of material turned into something to cover your body. You are free to dress whatever you want and play with wahtever you want.
If you however feel that you have been born in a wrong body and you simply can't relate to other people because you feel different I would advise you to go to local LGBT center and ask them for a nice chat and cup of tea.
