Your other posts are about being transgender. I would be very concerned if he truly felt that way or if he was being swept up in the "It's COOL to be LGBT" hype and if you don't let me do what I want, you just HATE me. It can be such an emotional roller coaster, especially with hormonal changes. I would urge caution and to proceed slowly.
As far as wearing dresses or skirts, girls get to wear boy clothes and people think it is sexy. However if a boy wears a dress, many freak out. That is a double standard.
But is a big difference from being comfortable wearing a skirt/dress and wanting to pass as a member of the opposite sex.

If all he wants is a skirt then get him a leisure kilt. They are men's skirts. I wear them everyday. I am not gay or trans or anything else. I dress for comfort and I can't find anything more comfortable than a kilt.
Agreed. But his other posts are not about that.
