Kansas charged a woman for passing as too female

She was released on all charges eventually but basically Kansas forced her to change her driver's license to her biological gender. When a cop stopped her, he thought she was using a fake license since the license said male but she looked female. He let her go but she recieved a letter in the mail saying she will face up to 6 months in jail for falsification of a license because he didn't believe she was born biological male since birth.
