@nativespirit Even at work too, boss worked with me on it and he seen it. A Mercedes Benz, BMW, Mini Cooper and VW/Audi head mechanic at his European and Japanese auto repair shop. It was 2 months after I started there and says I am the same person but much happier now. Co workers adjusted very well to the changes as well
