I was wondering

A male sibling is called brother, a female sibling is called sister, so what do we call a sibling who is not female or male? and a parent, what do we call a parent who is neither of the two genders

And if someone thinks they are a cat or a tree do we have to come up with a label for them too? What if someone is a dog and attacks a cat?
